It was our first time in Phuket Thailand and naturally with all the covid/travel restrictions it's already stressful to travel. We needed to arrange transport from the airport to our SHA+ Hotel (at the time it was still needed). Firstly we found "PHUKET 101" which on its own is a treasure with all the information you will need, this site is friggen fabulous! Here we found JOHN WELCOME our second treasure! After getting in contact, he immediately phoned me from Phuket (even with a 5hr time difference) and made the arrangements. Already I feel like I have someone in my corner in a foreign country. But John wasn't just a transport organiser, he is a one-stop travel GENIE, he helped us with any questions or queries we had. He organised trips and Excursions, we wanted a private catamaran trip- DONE, we wanted deep sea fishing - DONE. He arranged a full day of sightseeing with one of his drivers called "Crab". We could whatsapp John any time and ask a stupid question like "where can I dry-clean my clothes so it's cheaper than the hotel". It's easy to talk to John, he literally feels like your new best friend! John is funny, loves making jokes, helpful and just an all-round Fabulous human being. One of my favourite moments where at the end of our trip, when we were on our way to the Airport, John arranged with his driver to meet us along the way.. and we all had a final beer before saying good bye to our new friends! I can highly recommend John for all your travel needs. JUST DO IT!!! Or as John would say "Hundred percent"
