Mr.AKIM was still very helpful and accommodating even though he was sick when I called him for a transport transfer to airport on the last day ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a wonderful time we’ve had in Thailand! Made even more special by Akim and her team who organised 6 trips for us during our time spent in Krabi and Khao Lak. Communication was always excellent and we were collected on time from our hotels each time. Our trips included Krabi Discovery, Phi Phi & Krabi Islands, James Bond Island, Khao Sok safari, Similan Islands and a visit to the elephant sanctuary. Definitely worth choosing the early bird option to avoid the crowds. Gift even checked in with us during the day to make sure we were ok. All of the trips were fabulous and the lunches that were provided were delicious. The tour guides were professional and great fun. We will be sad to leave such a beautiful country and it’s warm and welcoming people and hope to return one day soon. 1000% recommend Akim Phuket.

Great tour to notable destinations in Phuket. This is perfect for any group Fayol was amazing – very patient and understanding. She also captured great photos of me! I had to transfer to a different hotel from my pickup in Phuket Town and they offered to drop me at my new hotel in Patong Beach … very accommodating!

Akim is simply an awesome driver and guide. We had an amazing time feeding the elephants at Chalong Elephant Retirement, walking through Big Buddha and Chalong Temple and sipping beers and cocktails at Old Phuket Town. He even co-ordinated our airport transfers and Phi Phi Island tour and the prices was reasonable. He speaks good English and was very friendly. We highly recommend Akim!

We book for 2 days trip to explore south and old town phuket with Akim Having great trip and learn some local culture.

We arranged withfor a pick up service from Phuket airport to Patong , Akim promptly replied and gave very assuring responses to help us answer any queries we have. When we were at kamala, we contacted Akim again to have him bring us around for a day trip around phuket. recommended a very enjoyable itinerary which included -phi phi island with Travel Phuket Tour. Very good service After day Atv to big Buddha, shooting range, go-kart, visit to Naka market, delicious meals and always do his utmost to answer any questions we had. We will definitely hire Akim again if we come back to Phuket!

We are so lucky we got Mr. Akim number, he was always available, prices are reasonable (we tried other taxis were very pricey) , car is spacious and clean. We also wanted to travel to Railay beach last minute, pand couldn’t find boat. Mr. Akim found solution and took us to ap different pier (trust me it’s much more better than going by speed boat). My partner and I went to Phuket for the very first time. We had an unforgettable experience with our taxi driver. first encountered him while he was driving and he asked if we wanted a ride to which he said no and we continued walking. After walking awhile we then saw him again in Patong beach to which he immediately got up, eyes lit up when he saw us again and I told him we need the taxi badly!! I told him i wanted to get roti so he brought us to a muslim owned stall before proceeding to send us back to our hotel. I informed him to pick us up again at 12. I thought he wouldnt turn up the very next day since we do not have each yet as i have yet but he came and he was 10mins early!! Despite bringing us to the wrong hotel at first he still came thru and managed to bring us to the correct place. We did made a few stops before that as i told him i wanted to get roti. I felt like a little child w a father who tried his very best, stopping each time he sees those little tents and shops to ask if they sell roti. Ofc i told him its alright as we could get it later on when we r out for dinner. He picked us up in the evening, to bring us to a night market. My partner didnt have small change and gave him a huge amt to which he said he will pass us change when he picks us up again later. He could have left us and not come back as he was holding a huge bill but he came thru! He is a really honest man. Despite us not having the same faith, he was respectful enough to bring us to muslim owned food places and even the souvenir shop he brought us to was muslim owned. His small gesture really left a huge impact on the both of us. I would highly recommend Mr Akim , he is punctual, thoughtful and most importantly honest. If anyone were to see him along the streets please show him this. We are thankful that our first experience in a foreign country that we have not been to has been a memorable one. FANTASTIC SERVICE at the airport pick up a few weeks before the trip via email. and today is the day Akim Phuket taxi and tour was the man of the event. Still waiting even after more than 3 hours delay. Nice clean car, friendly and safe driver. Book a few trips Including all day taxis to various places and it was a great service. I booked Akim service for a private car to enjoy Phuket City Tour. The car is clean and my driver arrived on time, even before the time I set. My driver took pictures for my family and the sea view. He also suggest a dessert restaurant in Old Town, which was really amazing. Can’t wait to go back to Phuket again! If you want a private car at reasonable price for 6-7hrs, you can think of Akim service.

I booked their services my last night in Phuket for my group of 8 Our check out time at the hotel was at 11 a.m. and our flights weren’t until 11:05that night, so what does one do with tons of luggage and no where to go? We were able to keep our luggage in the van while we were shuttled around Phuket to various locations to pass the time! We first used Akim’s van service for transfer from the airport to our resort. Great service, very responsive, easy to find them at the airport arrivals hall. Akim even sent a photo of the van in advance so we knew what to look out for. So we decided to use Akim again for a day tour of Phuket. Again the service was excellent. Lastly we wanted to do a tour to Ko Phi Phi, and Akim and Susann arranged that as well. Highly recommended!

April. 10-2022 – I booked a Mini Van Airport Transfer online from Phuket Airport to Karon Beach through Akim on his website. Within a few hours of making the booking Akim emailed me back and then even rang me in Australia to confirm. He then met us at Phuket airport on arrival with a sign in a very upmarket Mini Van (seated 8 people, his family business has vans and cars). Cost was THB1,000 The great thing about Akim is that his service is fully licensed, which means he is insured for accidents unlike some of the black market mini van operators found at the airport. He is also very helpful and did a detour for us on the way to stop at a shopping centre to pick up SIM cards. He will pick us up again later in the week and take us wherever we want to go. He is very helpful, good value, and a great price.

The absolute best Guide & driver on Phuket. Nothing was too much trouble for this man. He was nicest person we met the whole time we were on Phuket Island. The day after I have found Mr. Akim service on the internet. website Phuket 101 Texted him, and he responded immediately. Talked through the details and he sent a guy, Mr. Boy with a car (more like a van very nice car ) to the hotel within 90 minutes. Mr. Boy was a nice, decent guy, dressed in black uniform. His car was clean, airconditioned and he spoke English good enough. He was at our disposal for 8hrs, brought us everywhere we wanted to go, suggested nice places, restaurants, beaches, museums and so on. We booking city tours Phuket and Booked the James Bond Island tour through these guys, we turned up to a warm and friendly greeting from them. It was explained where and what we were doing throughout the day. The speed boat was awesome fun and we had enough time at each spot on the tour. My partner afterwards had left her Flip flops on the boat and zamy the guide jumped on moped and whizzed back up to the jetty to get for her…Top lad as were the other guys working the tour. Khun Akim is a wonderful driver/tour guide. He is extremely friendly, professional and understands Phuket like the back of his hand. I wish I had found him before I visited Phuket on December 26, 2021. I just found him last night (December 29, 2021 at around 9:00 PM. I was just on the internet desperate for a driver who could take me and my fiancée around. We called him at night and he answered and arrived at our Hotel (Phuket Resort) at exactly noon December 30, 2021, as agreed. You need a guy like this if you want to site see comfortably. His charges are reasonable and his service was exemplary. We felt like we had a family member or good friend taking us around. Isn’t this good what any decent traveler dreams for?
